OK, Amigo, here's a quick hack for you. Take the watch off and let it run down to where it quits running. Note the time displayed. The next time that time comes around on the clock, wind the watch a little bit by manually moving it around, once it starts running stick it on your wrist and start wearing it.
If it's anywhere close to being due for a service, I would just send it to Rolex in Dallas and get it re-done.
I know I sound like a broken record but there's no comparison in the quality of service you get there, versus what you get elsewhere.
