toslink TV audio cable help
I finally have some time to get this TV hooked up to my 5 channel system. Its a Yahama receiver. I have HDMI out from receiver do I need to have a HDMI back from TV into another port or will a Toslink cable do for audio? Its a new TV, it works off the net, should I hook up HDMI from TV out and back into port #1 in back of receiver for sound? Will that work?
Goddang Yahama doesn't come instructions and have to read it off computer. Some reason, the receiver doesn't read input from device or there's no signal coming out. I am pulling my hair out trying different configuration and no workee.
