My latest PC build is liquid cooled. I used the closed loop coolers that Corsair builds for the CPU. I also have liquid cooled graphics card from GeForce. CPU radiator is at the rear of the case and the GPU radiator at the top of the case. Both have the appropriate fans as well. I also have fans to run air over the hard drives. Input fans give the case a positive pressure too.
When running high-end triple-monitor games, the temperatures of both the CPU and GPU are lower than a similar PC build that was only air cooled.
So... for the additional cost, liquid cooling is easy to install with the Corsair and EVGA closed loop systems.
