Welcome to Mexico - $4/Gallon
In Houston I was paying $1.85/gallon for regular. On the drive over, in West Texas, it edged up to $2.35 and then $2.79, near the border.

In Mexico, it is 18.75 pesos/l = $3.75/gallon.
