Not sure what the average is in CA. but I noticed regular for $3.17 last night at a discount station. I only buy a very small amount of gasoline these days, (premium for motorcycles), so I mostly pay attention to diesel prices.
Diesel has been around $4 a gallon at cheap places for a year or so. Now, as luck would have it, the station 3 blocks away has the cheapest in town @ $3.45 as of yesterday but other stations are still over $4. Diesel prices drop $1 a gallon when you leave CA. these days.
That is expensive in Mexico. Where are you down there?
