I have an original owners manual for a 1952 Ford sedan that shows a dash just like that with the exception of the thin chrome trim around the knobs just left of the radio. The four small openings above the speedometer are for the (left to right) oil pressure gauge, fuel gauge, engine temp gauge and the battery charge indicator. The odometer is bottom center and there are turn indicator lights to the left and right of the odometer, one below the oil pressure gauge and one below the batter charge indicator. The four knobs to the left of the radio are (top left) interior lights, (bottom left) heater blower control, (top right) cig. lighter and (bottom right)choke. The button on the floor next to the sidewall is the high/low switch. If it is a 1953, there is reference to 50 years of Ford cars on the horn ring. If not, then it is probably a 1954 model.
