You lenses appear to be sandblasted beyond repair (because they travel about a foot off the ground). Our host has new ones as well as new gaskets. Scrub, sand & paint the housing as necessary. I rehabbed my reflectors by polishing as well as I could, then using a gloss silver/chrome rattle can to cover any rust on the horizontal surface.

To aim them after install, put a straight edge (say 1"x 2") horizontally across both lights, then adjust the vertical with a small float level. You can get fancy going wall-eyed or cross-eyed, but mostly if you really plan to use them, aim them down just slightly so the light won't reflect back in your eyes from the fog. That's the whole point of "fog lights, I think).
