I've seen him on TV before over the last few years, makes a lot of sense.
I do question if he's not going to modify it in a few years regarding the nuts and seeds part. Mostly because of unless it's organically grown it's filled with some bad stuff. In addition I don't think the science is settled on the healthy fats issue.
His main mantra going back a couple of years ago has been 50% of your plate something green, now it's upped to 70% on your plate something green. Treat meat as a condiment, a side dish.
