In Sugarwood's book, anything driven only 1000 miles a year is a unicorn.
If the car was a burnt out carcass, it would still be a mileage unicorn.
However, this raises an interesting discussion.
What is unicorn mileage?
My friend recently purchased a 15 year old BMW with only 60k miles.
It is very rare to find that model of BMW with such low miles.
He was been repeatedly calling it a unicorn.
YMMV.

By this logic most Ferrari’s, Lamborghini’s, McLaren’s, etc are all unicorns.
