Yea, I am really happy some people become a "Digestive Disease Specialists" since they are certainly needed. But I can't imagine working with person after person and seeing their rectum and not the face.
I always thought my dermatologist did it right. Yea, he has some ugly skin cancers to deal with but it is mostly just skin he has to see all day, and his patients keep their underwear on. I wish I knew him well enough to ask him about life long nudists that get tanned all over. It may well be pretty horrible to look at the saggy boobs or other body parts of some 75 year old nudist.
