What does this mean?

I just got my car back from the shop, where I finally had my ABS system repaired. On the notes section on the receipt, the mechanic lists some problems with the car.....but when I called him to see what they mean, he is on vacation! So I was wondering if you guys can
A)decipher what he's referring to (as in, what part of what assembly am I looking at?)
and
B)can I fix this stuff myself?
Here's what is says:
"Needs power steering update" (does this mean a new rack?)
"Oil leaks @ rear cam carrier end cap"
"Possible leak @ cam carrier gasket" (Is the "cam carrier" the housing around my camshaft?)
"front cam o-ring leaking" (is the front O-ring the seal for the gear/shaft behind the distributor? I just changed my belts this past weekend and everything was bone dry, no visible leaks).

Anyway, some guidance on what this means and whether any of it might be serious would be very helpful. Thanks!
