The Buc-ee's on IH10 in Katy has
120 gas pump stations... and every pump station offers the 3 grades of unleaded, diesel and 1 of 2 grades of ethanol free gas (premium or super premium).
All the food ( a huge variety) is prepared on site when ordered... any thing from BLT's, burgers to BBQ... not exactly a vegan / healthfood type place however.
