My area has always had issues....forever, due to cell tower usage....all the major carriers...it just depends. I recently switched my phone from AT&T towers to T-Mobile (new SIMM), as they were my options...problem solved. Been hit-or-miss at my house forever (Verizon too)...I had to dig the solution out of them...ask Ting if they have alternate towers in your location. Good luck...
I am with a great low cost provider imo....works for me anyways.....Consumer Cellular....just a happy customer....now
