I'm old enough to recall when the first 911's were making the scene. The 356 people were full of comments on how "ugly" the 911 was.
So, to those commenting on the GT500 Mustang's "ugly" front end...don't worry about it. Odds are good you'll be seeing the rear end soon enough...
I dunno how I've managed to drive my Mustang for nearly 10 years without crashing. Must be some advantage to having both a car and a body that have become old, slow, and obsolete. That and not ever having gone to a cars and coffee thing....
Sounds good, Paul. Here's a link to The Cue Ball website. Cindy & I can be found most Thursday afternoons playing on the back corner table..first pic on the left if you click on "pool room". The mural on the wall in that pic was done on carved out table slate...quite a piece of art. On the west wall, near the center of the room is some tribute material for Sgt. Don Malarkey of "Band of Brothers" fame. Before he became too frail, he could be found there most Thursday afternoons near the snooker table. We loved chatting with him...probably why Thursdays became our thing. Sadly, real pool halls are vanishing from the American landscape...going the way or the Drive-in movie. Jim is our age group...the only reason Jim stays open is his lifelong love of the game and the fact he owns the building and some of the storefronts near it. The tables are beautiful old style Brunswick Anniversary or Centennial models. Usually only found in the game rooms of well off pool players...a well restored Centennial or Anniversary will set you back 5 figures. It's sort of a privilege to be able to play on one.
