Excellent. I do more or less the same but use homegrown sourdough culture, and usually do a long overnight rise in the fridge.
I start with a 500 oven and after putting the lid on immediately reduce to 450, and then uncover after 20 minutes, usually going another 20 to get a darker crust.
Its awesome to add some diced kalamatas, and rosemary.
