This Saturday, Jan. 26 at 2:35 p.m. ET, the green flag will fly over a 47-car field in the 57th running of the Rolex 24 At Daytona. It marks both the start of the IMSA 50th Anniversary Celebration and the beginning of an exciting new era for the sanctioning body and its flagship IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.
This year, U.S. television coverage begins on Thursday with a special one-hour preview show on NBCSN at 2 p.m. ET, followed immediately by live television coverage of Rolex 24 qualifying – the first time in IMSA history – at 3 p.m. It’s a newly-added appetizer in advance of the season-opening 57th Rolex 24 At Daytona.
NBCSN will bring you live coverage of the Rolex 24 beginning Saturday at 2 p.m. ET with coverage continuing throughout the 24 hours on both NBCSN and the NBC Sports App.
Of course, international flag-to-flag coverage is still available on IMSA.com and a variety of international television outlets, as well as IMSA Radio commentary on RadioLeMans.com and SiriusXM Radio. IMSA.com’s robust video coverage also includes live in-car cameras throughout the race, and a full live broadcast of the weekend’s season-opening IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge race Friday at 12:15 p.m. ET.
