Think I am allergic.

Got up a few days ago with really watery itchy eyes and runny nose. Thought, oh great, caught a cold. Did some cold remedy...pseudofed, then mucinex and nothing, just kept getting worse. Did one benedryl and in just a few minutes, ahhhh releif. Actually for 3 days. Then it came back after lunch. Did a benedryl and it left. For a cold it was just way to severe then nothing for too long, then severe again.

Thought about anything I did different. Only one thing. Accidentally picked up some of those thin Oreo's that are mint instead of the regular kind. Had a couple a little before bed the night before the first eruption, then did not eat any again until dessert for lunch right before the second hay fever style eruption. So, have laid of the mint Oreos and have not had any issues since.

Have not had any mint in years and years that I can remember.
