I did the full OJ sprint thru Newark way back before cell phones due to a late and slow cab driver. People actually steeped aside at security to let this tall lanky guy thru. I got to the gate and it was closed. Luckily there was a weather delay so they opened the door to let some passengers make phone calls and they let me on.
