Arggh! I have to keep my foot elevated, so my activities are limited. By 2 PM I'm tired of plinking on the guitar, reading, eating, and
really sick of watching the news. Watched 8 straight hours of NYPD Blue reruns yesterday - today looks to be the same. NYPD Blue is good show, great characters like Denis Franz's curmudgeonly Sipowicz. Kim Delaney is very easy on the eyes - or at least she was in 1998. She's probably pushing 60 now (not that there's anything wrong with that
). It's interesting to watch the cars on the streets of New York as it looked 20 years ago, lots of big ugly American Iron.
Can you tell I'm bored? Reading the thread about Nick and Fred dealing with broken pipes I almost had me thinking I would rather being fixing pipes than just sitting here - nah, it's not
that bad. Yet.
