Yes, but still it was the company name.
Money was paid for a particular space for one of the cars.
Sauber double booked, took money from two different sources for that same space.
Then they dragged it out in a helluva legal process.
Not the greatest of
PR stunts for potential future partnerships involving money transfers to Sauber.
The name change can help them "walk away" from that piece of history.
