Considering what Musk did with his company's EV patents I'm going to say no.
He has other worries.
Musk's biggest hurdle is infrastructure.
The more EV's in the U.S., the less per EV that infrastructure costs.
I'd say these vehicles are not competitors.
I'd cheer for Musk and EV's if he didn't have his hands soo deep in tax payer pockets.
Should have stuck with Tesla being a luxury low volume brand until it could fund its own expansion.
