Count me in with that sentiment.
All the women in my personal life are or were professionals in various disciplines.
Likewise, I have with for with and have supervised a large number of "women".
Trying to assign a blanket set of traits to them all is a complete fools errand, and, frankly, the height of misogyny.
The Bell Curve includes women.
