Continental makes a 115/95r17 that is pretty close.
Personally I'd just buy a used one. 20 years isn't that old for rubber that lives a sheltered life. Theres a very good chance that if you buy a new one from porsche it will be about 20 years old. Maintaining pressure is vital for it to work when you need it. Plan on adding air at least yearly
