Went to get a cofifey this morning early and oh man, it was actually icy. And it was the dangerous icy. If was not icey at all on the neighborhood side streets, but that slick smooth black ice out on the main streets.

Didn't have a bit of trouble getting around on it in the Cayenne though. Could hear a tire spin a little here and there, but it just drove, i.e. accelerated, turned, and braked. Must be all that traction control stuff.

There wasn't even any traffic when I went to grab some onion rings at lunch and it was not slick at all by then. Still a little cold at 21°F, but not slick and nobody out.
