As I posted above, the ratings mean nothing. The USHIP scammer that screwed me has a 5 star feedback on USHIP still despite the fact that he is doing 12-78 years in jail for scamming his USHIP customers.

The way he worked is that he would do a few good transactions to build up a level of trust. Then he would screw you.
Just because you have good luck with a USHIP shipper once it twice doesn’t mean this will continue.
