Hi All,
Following up on this thread as considering using the Watanabe rims on a SC slightly below Euro height with 245/45 and 225/45 16s. I am concerned with the low offset, potential fender protrusion and fender to top of tire clearance:

Watanabe Rear Wheel Spec: 16x8.5 et negative 6
Using Bill V's formula (Rim Width*25.4)/2 -ET:
The hub to outer rim distance is 113.95 mm
For Comparison: Recommended 9" ET +15 measures 99.3 mm
The Watanabe rim will be outbound approx 15mm from recommended 9" fitment

8" Front Wheel will be 23-25mm outbound from recommended (ET 0 vs +25)

Ride height and (reasonable) negative camber can help mitigate.

Has anyone tried to use these wheels or opinions from the wheel experts?
