The PNW lowlands had a very mild winter right up until Feb 3rd, then we too got snow.
And then it got cold, single digits here 30 miles North of Seattle.
And then it snowed again, and again, and again.
The most lowland snow I've seen for 8-10 years and the fact it didn't warm and rain within 2 or 3 days has made this a great event!
