Simple maths said it wouldn't work because of something called "fisicks" but he did the work anyway cause he was getting paid to. He designed and manufactured the prototype nose cones.
. Turned out it was all a rooos to scare the ruskies and make them spend time and money on it. We do that a lot, make them waste resources on stoopid crap.
