Have you thought about wrapping in leather?
With the exception of the dash, all the interior pieces looks super simple to leather wrap.
What I’m toying with is taking my dash and seats to an interior guy to leather-ize, and buying some of the same lot of leather and covering all the simple stuff like door cards, garnishes, etc myself
