Thanks, I agree the standard rs door cards looked a bit too simple. I actually purchased them from appbiz. They had made a few with the double stitching going all the way to the bottom of the card after a customer requested it and still had a few in stock in different thread colors. At the end it was somewhat quick but it felt like an eternity in the midst of it! Especially during sanding.
