I just looked at that on my desktop, as opposed to a tiny phone screen earlier, and as a person that does a lot of paint and bodywork, that "work" in the pic is the kind of stuff that makes me both cringe and laugh (point-n-laugh); it is an example of someone that is so fuggen lazy with the task, that they would be better off not even doing anything to it at all. Filler in areas like that can be made to look perfect - what it takes is a lot of block sanding, priming, spot putty, more sanding and priming, etc., but you have to give two shiits about the result to take the time needed to make it right. Whada' joke!
