Black ‘86 Carrera Coupé. Removed rear bumper for some work. Drivers side bumper guard was shot, totally rusted. Paint surface of bumper somewhat corroded. What is the easiest, cheapest route for a quick sand/paint for a spot fix? I’m not at the point of needing a major paint job.
