There's an old couple that shows up at wallyworld with an "emotional support dog" chihuahua. The problem is that the dog starts crying if it can't see the woman. This is a case of poopsie loving his mommy and she will lie to everyone to be sure poopsie woopsie is OK.
I approached the store manager and they said they must accept whatever the customer claims.
The victim is the child. She trusted the owner who said it was OK to approach a lethal animal claiming it to be emotional support. I have to really try hard not to wish the animal turns on its owner as karma for lying to everyone. I know its not the right thing to want but...
