Repairing the horn is normally an easy fix. I would start here, it fixed my problem.
Disconnect the battery
Pull the steering wheel off
Clean the connect of wire to steering wheel
Replace or clean your horn contact (see image)
Put it all back togehter
Connect the battery and give it a go
