'cuda was a trim package available on Barracudas, some had it many did not.
Kinda like the SS or RS badging on a Camaro.
It's common for people to refer to all Barracudas as "cudas for shorthand, but to a MOPAR geek/nerd/fanatic/purist, that's almost a sin.

I was about as hard core of a MOPAR nut as you will ever find. '66 383 auto Sport Fury, '67 440 auto R/T, '68 440 (transplanted) four speed Road Runner, '69 383 four speed Super Bee. Never had a Barracuda, or any "A" body car, nor any "E" body car. Had a buddy with a '66 Barracuda that we stuffed a 383 into. We all called it a "'Cuda". Other buddies had everything from a '69 440 Six Pac Charger, to an AAR 'Cuda, to a T/A Challenger, to a '70 Hemi four speed Road Runner. The bubble window '66 was always a "'Cuda" to us. Guess we didn't know any better. Or maybe it was a local thing.
He didn't get the memo either:
My favorite, and if I could ever get one of them back, was the '67 R/T. Next one will have to have a Hemi, though.
This could have been my car. Same color:
