The job argument drives me nuts. SNC has cut their Canadian workforce, Quebec specifically, in half since 2013. The fact of the matter is that if there is work for SNC to employ these people, their will be work for them with which ever company picks up the contracts. When a company breaks the law, they must pay. They should not get different treatment based on how many employees they have. The law makes no such stipulations. As a business owner, this makes me crazy.
