Anybody do Air BnB?
Im pretty burnt out on the traditional tenant landlord thing.
We are getting ready to boot the tenant out of our nicest house. Bad pay, lots of excuses, and we are leaving at least $250 a month on the table with him in it He is on a month to month lease, and it is time for him to go.
We want to re hab ( really nice ) and try to up our rents on this one ( well all of them really ) . It is next on the chopping block.
This place is in a nice area, super cute little house, and is only 7 miles from the stadiums and 10 minutes to down town PGH. I could see this being a strong rental in this segment . It is small enough, that we could make it really nice without a lot of effort.
Im thinking about giving it a go. Anybody ever tried it ?
