My business partner loves Airbnb. I'm "meh" on it. We're batting about 50% in Boise.
To me, the most essential thing is off-street parking. If you don't have it, that is a problem.
I don't care about anything else, have a Keurig machine and a bunch of pods.
Well, I do care about having a door on my bedroom and good temperature control.
