Kevin- thanks for the offer. You and I are fortunate to have Pegasus just over the border when we need things. Love that I can hop in the car and run up there to have them make and pressure test -12 oil lines and custom brake lines. We’re also lucky that we’ve got several Metal Supermarket locations in the area. They custom cut all the aluminum diamond plate runners for my trailer, plus the expanded stainless mesh for my current oil cooler grill.
Not sure about how restrictive the cut down engine lid grill is, but it’s definitely a more finished look in my mind. Just hate to butcher up a mint engine grill just to try it. But it looks like it would be far superior in protection from any rocks that kicked up by cars in front of me on the track.
