If there were to be an electrolyte connecting them you might have a point. Again that would depend on the environment. Plumbing systems see these two metals interface often.

What size wire? It's not listed. I wonder what its intended use was? It would look weird on a car IMO. Plus that copper will look like an old penny after a couple of years. But again, just my opinion.
