You may want to refrain from using the WD40 on those rubber bushings to help get them on the control arm. Petroleum distillates attack rubber which is why you may want to consider using dish washing soap or silicone spray. Neoprene isn't affected by petroleum products, but I don't believe those bushings are made of neoprene.
