It is! I built it because i wanted a bike that started first kick and i didnt have to fix something every time i wanted a ride. Before it had a yamaha 175 2 stroke on it with no second gear or kick starter. It was a death trap! Dad is fine i guess he bounces pretty good for a 70 year old
