I didn't mean the freeway. I was talking about surface roads. But then again Im guessing Jim was on the freeway, so the 5 to 10 over may not apply.

Onsecond thought Jims letter said "speed limit 40". So 70+ in situation is unacceptable. I dont know of any freeways that are 40 miles.
