Although there is summer.
It also seems that the rate of learning accelerates when school is started later.
You could probably have as good of a result and start four years later.
For a lot, "childhood" seems to start when school ends.
Adult may never be reached.
Adult behavior is being able to take responsibility for ones own actions. It isn't age based.
