Two ways:
Attach the pictures using the "Click here to upload photos" function. Blue button found on advanced mode. Simple but slow, best if you don't have a bunch of pictures.
Upload them to a photo hosting site like Photobucket then embed the files. More complicated but works well if you have a bunch of pictures and/or post them on multiple sites.
