We have a FedEx shipping account. I can print official FedEx labels and is charges my company credit card. That old card had a new expiration date and I had to update it on a few vendors we use. The FedEx account for whatever reason hides that credit billing info on their site.
I started getting emails from FedEx weeks ago. Yea, I understand. Well I got it all changed a while back but the email still comes. And yesterday I got a analog letter mailed via US Post Office. They still insist I update the info. So I dug back into the web site that is easy to ship a package, but sucks to find the credit card info. I did into it and lo and behold, the updated info really is there. I have nothing to update. Grumble grumble.
In the era of computers that update should be instant. They have wasted lots of electrons in email and one letter. Grumble grumble harrumph harrumph harrumph .
