The only one is an outfit in quebec, but retail it's no cheaper than sending it to Millennium.
I can DFL coat bearings (and ceramic), piston skirts, etc.
I'm a LN dealer, IIRC it's $300US per jug for the coating (I could be wrong that sounds high), I could ask about boring.

edit Just looked for the Quebec shop, web site is down/gone. IIRC the shop was sold to a bigger outfit.
