When you get plating done they finish them to your piston spec.
If it has the half fin cylinders I'd consider replacing them with NA full fin barrales.

I did not know that coating piston skirts was an option. Is this for friction reduction or to lessen piston slap? I have full fin cylinders btw. I did a half assed compression check before I took the heads off and was a consistant 165 lbs across the board. That was dry.
I have 102 000 miles on my motor. Also can you state which brand of bearings you carry? Thx.
