I’ve been thinking about that, or either that using a vacuum mold to create on from carbon fiber. Neither of which I have nor experience with.

Update: I just got off of the phone with a company that reverse engineers items for a STL files for 3D printers by laser scanning the item. The wild card will be the cost of doing that.[emoji848]
I’ve been looking at different apps that do the same thing but I’m note sure on the precise accuracy of the measurements.
Random pic of the C-150 prop hub. Propeller pulled off for overhaul/inspection by a FAA Propeller shop. New bolts ordered and cracks also discovered on the rear bulkhead spinner plate.[emoji849] at least that replacement part is aluminum and less than half the replacement cost of the plastic crap.
