You are not being realistic on what you will need to do to remove this paint safely. Door should definitely come off and rubber etc should come off. What are you going to do after paint is removed? I’m assuming paint it? These parts will interfere with proper painting as well. Aircraft paint stripper is the way to go just cover the hell out of anything that you don’t want affected. Or you can use a mixture of eggs and coke but they need to be expired cage free brown eggs and it needs to be Mexican coca-cola that is 4 degrees above room temperature
